Attached please find a copy of the signed Bank of Texas letter granting
permission for access onto their property to accomplish reconstruction
of the mutual access driveway and firelane. Steven Heilbrun with PKCE
sent Weitzman's approval letter to you yesterday. Per our discussion
this morning these letters satisfy the final requirement for release of
our plans for construction. Please advise Keith McMahon when he may
pick up the stamped and approved plans from your office. Thanks for
your assistance with this issue.
