(Keith McMahon, please coordinate with your utility sub! concrete sub! and any other subs that need to attend this meeting, Please call the Coppell City Inspector, Rick Odell at 972.304.7090 to arrange a time and date for the pre-con meeting and notify all attendees,) Also, we understand Coppell is willing to issue the full permit contingent upon our comittment to resolve the grading mismatch along our east property line. As I mentioned this morning, our civil engineering consultant has been developing several optional design solutions for the grade discrepency. We have received permission from Weitzman Group and tentatively from Bank of Texas (Ron Richey) to perform some limited driveway demolition and local area grading to correct the grade problems on both our site and theirs. All of the potential solutions require changes to our site grades and storm water drainage systems, Erik Hauglie will coordinate with you for submittal of whatever specific plans or information you may require for review and approval prior to any additional site work for the bank driveway tie-in.
