Yes, you will need a permit for the cut from the City of Coppell.
Please submit the site plan, paving plan, drainage plan, and erosion
control plan with a cover sheet.
We'll follow the usual permitting procedure, with an abbreviated review
time.

I have prepared the construction plans for the site at the
southeast corner of the traffic circle at The Plaza. It is located in
Lewisville, but we have a curb cut on Plaza Boulevard which is located
in a ROW in Coppell. Do I need to fill out a form and/or submit the
grading and paving plan to you for approval for the curb cut?
