Rick told me yesterday that you want engineering as-built on the
foreclosu re.
Bentley Engineering refuses to do it unless he gets the $15,000 Marc
Wainscot stuck him for on this job. I suppose I don't blame him. Bentley
claims the Wainscot never paid him anything on the job.
What do you want us to do?
