I'd prefer to hold the face of the wall 2" off my property line so there is no possibility of an encroachment into the Atmos pipeline easement. If you want to look at the property line, the survey staking is flagged in pink at the site. I measured it yesterday and there's at least 32" from the property line to the alley paving. The footing is approximately 15", so there's plenty of room to get the wall in place. I think the residents will need all of the room they can get to navigate the alley, but I don't think they'll miss the 2" I recommend. Please advise. Thanks, Gregory K.
