Dear Mr. Wyse:
A walk through of the above referenced project was conducted at 9:45 a.m. on
August 7, 1984. Representatives of the City of Coppell, M.U.D. #1, and
Ginn, Inc. were on hand to make inspections of the project.
Deficiencies were found to be present in many bid items, as shown on the
following pages. Special interest should be taken on these items to obtain
final acceptance of the project.
Construction of the model homes may proceed during the interim period of two
weeks while the deficiencies are being corrected.
Final acceptance of the project will also consist' of receiving a one-year
maintenance bond, one set of blue-line as-built plans, and one set of
reproducible as-built plans.
