As this location is in the City of Coppell, we will allow connection to our utilities with payment of the appropriate connection fees. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows: WATER: There is an 8" waterline along the north ROW of SH 121. There is a 12" waterline along the west RUW of Denton Tap Rd. SANITARY SEWER: There is an 8" sewer line that bisects this property then runs down the west ROW of Denton Tap Rd. to a 12" line at the NW corner of Denton Tap and SH 121. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water generally flows to the south to the TxDOT ROW for SH 121. While there is a drainage sy:3tcm under SH i2i, access to it is contro~led by TxDO'p. As always in the development of the property, the engineer should determine whether the existing utilities available to the site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
