1. Under 6.0 of the Planned Development District Development Standards, Item #6, the
street curb return should be 25 feet, not 20 feet as shown.
2. Continue sidewalk behind the proposed parking spaces on Gibbs Ct. This will require
Lot 1X to also be a sidewalk easement. It will also affect the lot depth of Lots 7, 8, 12,
13 & 14, Block A.
