Under 6.0 of the Planned Development District Development Standards, Item #6, the street curb return should be 25 feet, not 20 feet as shown. 2. On the zoning exhibit, the street Parish Lane should be changed because there is already a Parish Place in the Hunterwood Addition. 3. Is the street name Gibbs Court going to create a problem with Gibbs Crossing in the Gibbs Station subdivision? 4. Continue sidewalk behind the proposed parking spaces on Gibbs Ct. This will require Lot 1X to also be a sidewalk easement. It will also affect the lot depth of Lots 7, 8, 12, 13 & 14, Block A. Preliminary Engineering Sheet 5. I have some concerns about the curb returns provided for the continuous driveways adjacent to the streets. Has consideration been given to eliminating the narrow curb separation between the double driveways? 6. It appears there is a request to change the radius of the cul-de-sac to 38.5. Is there any concern with that variance by the Fire Department? Additional comments may be generated upon detailed engineering review.
