1. Is there a Property Owner's Association existing or proposed to maintain the proposed
detention areas at the northeast corner of the property?
2. Please dimension the proposed Utility Easement at the northwest corner of the
property.

3. The detention area should be shown as a drainage easement and documentation
provided to clarify future ongoing maintenance.
4. Provide drainage easement for existing pipes that drain runoff from the west.
