SLOPE EASEMENT
CITY OF DALLAS (DFW AIRPORT )
Being 0.126 acre tract of land, more or less, situated in County of Dallas, State of Texas,
and being out of the S.A. & M.G. RR Survey, Abstract No. 1439, and being a portion of
that certain tract of land to the City of Dallas, a municipal corporation, by deed recorded
in Volume 70059, Page 0880, of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, which 0.126
acre tract of land, more or less, is more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING, at a DFW monument found lying in the existing South right-of--way
line of Bethel Road (variable width right-of--way) common to the North line of said 29.2
acre tract;
THENCE, North 89° 30' S 1"East, departing said approximate common line of Dallas
and Tarrant Counties and continuing along said existing South right-of--way line of Bethel
Road (variable width right-of--way), a distance of 1133.19 feet to DFW Monument #30
found on the existing West line of County Line Road (50 foot right-of--way);
THENCE, North 88° 52' 36" East, continuing along said proposed South right-of--way
line of Bethel Road, a distance of 270.57 feet to 5/8" iron rod with plastic cap stamped
"Transystems Corporation" found for corner of the proposed South right-of--way line of
Bethel Road;
THENCE, South O 1 ° 07' 24" East, departing said existing South right-of--way line of
Bethel Road, and continuing along said proposed South right-of--way line of Bethel Road,
a distance of 11.20 feet to a 5/8" iron rod with plastic cap stamped "Transystems
Corporation" found for corner of the proposed South right-of--way line of Bethel Road;
THENCE, North 89° 16' 22" East, continuing along said proposed South right-of--way
line of Bethel Road, a distance of 246.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE, North 89° 16' 22" East, continuing along said proposed South right-of--way
line of Bethel Road, a distance of 549.95 feet to a point for the proposed Slope Easement;
THENCE, South O1 ° 07' 24" East, departing said proposed South right-of--way line of
Bethel Road, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for the proposed Slope Easement;
THENCE, South 89° 16' 22" West, a distance of 549.95 feet to a point for the proposed
Slope Easement;
THENCE, North O 1 ° 07' 24" West, a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING and containing 5,499 square feet or 0.126 acre of land.
