This Easement is also granted on condition that GRANTEE do the following: 1) The temporary construction easement will not extend through the existing storage building. 2) Grantor reserves the right to use and maintain the surface of the easement strip for purposes which will not interfere with GRANTEE'S rights hereby granted, and agrees that upon completion of the underground facility and restoration of the surface, grantee shall not be obligated for future maintenance and upkeep of the surface area. 3) The drainage easement will not extend through the existing storage building.
