Trees will be eplaced to an equivalent diameter and type tree, not necessarily on a tree for tree basis but on an inch per inch basis. Fences will be replaced if removed to original condition. Eamages to the existing landscape will be repaired. Any temporary construction easewent granted will be abolished upon completion of work. ·his easement is also granted on the condition that Grantee do the following: 1.) After ccnstruction of the underground easement has been completed or after any entry or repairs or maintenance, Grantee shall return the surface area, including any fence, to its original condition.~3he~i~A~¢.~%~8~io~ 2.) Grantor reserves the right to use and maintain the surface of the easement strip for purposes whichwill not interfere with Grantee's rights hereby granted, and agrees that upon completion of the underground facility and restoration of the surface, Grantee shall not be obligated for future maintenance and upkeep of the surface area. 3.) This will be a drainage easement for underground pipe only. 4.) This easement does not preclude Grantor from upgrading his fence on a future date.
