In addition to communicating our vision and gaining feedback and direction from the City department heads, we need the City's assistance in verifying our findings on the following subjects: 1 . Agriculture Exemptions on the various tracts 2. Roll-Back Taxes on same 3. Roadway Impact Fees Waiver 4. Height Restrictions on the various parcels 5. Allowable Parking Density Ratios 6. Allowable Structured Parking Restrictions 7. Hotel Zoning potential along 1-635 tracts 8. Acceleration of all required City submittals with Planning, Engineering, and the Building Departments.
