Thank you so much for lining up the meeting with all the requested City
Departments on Wednesday, August 23rd at 3:30 pm. We understand the
Planning director must leave by 4:00 and feel that is adequate time to
present our vision for our new development.
In addition to communicating our vision and gaining feedback and
direction from the City department heads, we need the City's assistance
in verifying our findings on the following subjects:
1 . Agriculture Exemptions on the various tracts
2. Roll-Back Taxes on same
3. Roadway Impact Fees Waiver
4. Height Restrictions on the various parcels
5. Allowable Parking Density Ratios
6. Allowable Structured Parking Restrictions
7. Hotel Zoning potential along 1-635 tracts
8. Acceleration of all required City submittals with Planning,
Engineering, and the Building Departments.
The specific tracts regarding the eight topics above are described
below:

Transwestern's Central Region President, Mr. Jack Eimer is requesting a
meeting as soon as possible with the following City Departments to
present Transwestern's development vision for our new project:

We anticipate this meeting to take approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
