I received the updated plan sheet showing the drive from the consultant. I will prepare the
agreement letter for the Engineering Director to sign and send the revised easement documents and the
agreement letter with the revised plan sheet to Steve Brown. I will also include a copy of the offer letter
that was previously sent. Once we receive the executed offer letter or the executed easement
documents, we will process the check. We can mail the check or it can be picked up - we will need a Tax
I.D. number prior to processing the check.
I appreciate your help with this matter.

Suzan, I think these documents will work. How do you want to coordinate the payment, the documents,
and the letter agreement re consb'uction of the entry road?

The requested changes have been made to the easement documents. I added Coppell Road to
the temporary easement language since both roads are adjacent to the easement area. Would
