RE: W. Sandy Lake Road, ST 99-02A Right-of-Way / Temporary Slope Easement
Dear Ms. Powell:
This is a follow-up to our September 29,2004 offer letter and subsequent correspondence
regarding the city's need for right-of-way and a temporary slope easement on property owned by
JSCP Partnership, L.P. At the property owner's request, the city instructed the design consultant
to provide access to the property from Coppell Road. A 30-foot wide, concrete drive was added
to the construction plans, and the drive will be constructed as part of the W. Sandy Lake Road
project. Sheet 27 of the plans, showing the plan and profile view of the drive, is enclosed.
The project is scheduled to advertise in the 3rd quarter of 2005 and we need to acquire the
easements as soon as possible. Enclosed are copies of the revised easement documents and a
copy ofthe original offer letter. If the offer is acceptable, please sign the offer letter and return
to this office. Once the letter is received, the process for payment of the $2,331.ffJ can start.
When the check is ready, we can arrange a mutually agreeable method to exchange the
documents and the check.
