As per your request, enclosed is a partial set of the construction plans for Sandy Lake
Road. Your lot is shown on Sheet 18 of the plan-profile sheets. The retaining wall
located in the right-of-way to the north of your lot is shown on Sheet 28. The temporary
slope easement is required to grade in between this proposed retaining wall and the
existing 7-foot brick wall. Cross-section sheets in the vicinity of your lot are also
enclosed.
