I wanted to give you an update on Sandy Lake. I meet again with TXU on 6/13/05 to discuss power pole
locations. I informed TXU that the poles could not go on the south side of the future road. TXU has also been
informed that they cannot place poles on the north side by Brazos Electric. Therefore, I asked TXU to make a
proposal to the City to place the poles in the median from North Coppell to Freeport Pwy (old State Road).
Depending on the proposal, I may go to Council on 7/12/05 to discuss the median option with Council. In the
past, use of the median for power poles has not been approved.
I will keep you informed when I hear back from TXU.
