Box 2352 Coppdl, Texas 75019 RE: Sandy Lake Road / ST 99-02A Sidewalk and Utility Easement / Tempotaty Construction Easement Dear Pastor Osigian: This is a follow-up to an August 5, 2004 meeting regarding the city's need for a 10-foot sidewalk and utility easement and a temporary construction easement on property that is owned by Coppell Bible Fellowship. The easements are necessary for the reconstruction of Sandy Lake Road, with improved drainage. This letter constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell for the acquisition of the easements as follows: 1. Acquisition of permanent sidewalk and utility easement at $1.52 / sq. ft. x 5,009 sq. ft. 2. Acquisition oftcmporary construction easement at ($1.52 /sq. ft. x 5,314 sq. ft.) x 5% 3. Other real or perceived damages 4. Driveway allowed onto Freeport Pkwy., approx. 325-375 feet south of Sandy Lake Rd. 5. Driveway and median opening allowed onto Freeport Pkwy., approx. 675-700 feet south of Sandy Lake Rd. $7,613.68 $ 403.86 $5,000.00 Total $13,017.54 Construction is scheduled to start in the 3rd quarter of 2005 so we will need to acquire the easements as soon as possible. If the above offer is acceptable, please sign below and return to this office. Once the letter is received, the process for payment of the 513,017.54 can start.
