County, Texas, said 0.017 of an acre tract of land being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as foHows:
Commencing at a 1/2 inch iron rod found for the north terminus ofthe line described in the
Boundary Line Agreemenf\recorded in Volume 88207, Page 2893 of the said Deed
Records and then run South 00026' 17" East along the said boundary line, 60.00 feet to the
place of beginning of the tr~ct being described;
Thence South 00026'17" East, continuing along said boundary line, a distance of 25.00
feet;
Thence South 89044'17" West, a d~tance of 30.08 feet;
Thence North 00015'43" West, a distance of 25.00 feet;
Thence North 89044'17" East, a distance of 30.00 feet to the place of beginning and

County, Texas, said 0.010 of an acre tract of land being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:
