We provided an alternate design several years ago. The state still has not responded. The project
timeline is 2007+/-. I really do not have any current info.

The +/- 30-acre tract on the south corner of Sandy Lake & 121 is now under contract with CMC. The
broker is inquiring about the status of the 121 plans in that area and whether we expect there to be an
exit at Sandy Lake.
My understanding was that no exit was proposed by the State and that Coppell and Grapevine had
provided an alternate design many months ago, but hadn't heard anything back. Is this the correct? and
do you have an update?
We hope to be able to revive our original agreement with Emerson for Royal Lane Improvements with
this deal.
