Enclosed please find three (3) executed, identical versions of the
Development Agreement you provided earlier this week covering the acquisition
of right-of-way, drainage and temporary slope easements from our property
referenced above to be presented to City Council for their approval on April 12,
2005.
Should the Agreement be approved and appropriate signatures obtained,
please provide me with a fully executed original for our files.
