You are correct. We should have included the permanent right of way, drainage easement and
temporary slope easement documents with the exhibits in the development agreement. If it is all right
with you, I have prepared the documents and have them ready to mail to you for execution?

Paula - attachment received - thank you! According to our attorney and the wording of the
documents - deeds conveying the easements will still be necessary. Would you mind please checking
