I have been talking with Danny Hightower regarding East Sandy Lake. He has some concerns about water
valves that have been covered up. There are seven water valves that have been buried in the part they
are currently liming. The superintendent on the job does not seem concerned about this issue. We are
concerned that they will try to pave the road without bringing the valves to the surface. Some of them are
four feet deep at the current time. There is also a valve in a vault that has also been covered up.
We want to make sure this issue is addressed before paving begins.
