Garry,
We still anticipate this project will get started after the first of
the year. There are still some utility relocations taking place, and
the contractor is still finishing up two other jobs here in Coppell.
Please forward us a copy of the TDLR notice and a time frame on
completing the changes. Will any of the changes require significant
changes?
As far as a primary contact, please forward all correspondence to Ken
Griffin. Today will be my last day in the Engineering Department. Ken
will advise you when a new project manager is assigned to the project.

Can you update me on the status of the Bethel Road job? I know you
were
thinking of waiting until after the first of the year to begin. I
received a notice from TDLR and need to update some of the details. l
wondered how time critical we are. Also, will you be the main contact
now that Suzan is no longer at the City?
