As per my telephone conversation with Jim Koch, he indicated that
he and Mark Connell are still trying to set up a meeting with Glen
Hinckley at the site to make a visual determination regarding
Hinckley's property line. I indicated to Jim that we intend to
place the easement dedication item on the January 22, 1991 City
Council agenda, if we get a resolution from Connell and Hinckley
regarding tile subject property I ine, and thereby correcting the
easement document. Jim ~ndJcated that he w.i~] keep us .~nformed o~
any progress, and that he is hoping thJs matter gets resolved as
early as next week.
I also received a call back from Glen Hinckley and he said he is
working on this matter with Mark Connell and Jim Koch.
