Mr. Witt,
After our discussion about traffic complaints on Eastwick/Bricknell due to our closure of Coppell Road I
visited the site and discussed the signage with the contractor and the PD. Beginning in the morning we
will be moving the closure of Coppell Road back to the intersection of Minyard. Eastwick will be closed in
it's entirety, and Bricknell will be signed as closed to thru traffic from Minyard to Sandy Lake. We will
continue to provide access to the Magnolia Fisheries business on North Coppell Road. We will adjust the
advanced signage accordingly.
At this point we have made no provisions for a full fledged "Detour."
I spoke with Mr. Hendricks, and he and I agreed to visit again in a few days to discuss the impact of these
changes.
