RE: North Kaye St. Drainage Improvement
Dear Mr. Norton:
On August 28, 1990, the City Council directed Staff to pursue a
drainage improvement along the north side of Kaye Street in the
back yards of the affected lots, with the drainage system
outfalling into the closest curb inlet located on Spanish Moss
Court (see attached figure).
Staff would like to respectfully request a meeting with~ouand/or
your designated representative, on Thursday, November 8, 1990 at
2:30 p.m. It is our intent to visit with you at your place of
residence to discuss the project and answer any questions and/or
concerns you may have. We would also like to request your
permission for a survey to be conducted in dete~,,ining the location
of the proposed drainage easement.
Please call Public Works Depaztment, Engineering Division, at 462-
8495 to confizm this date, or to reschedule. Staff will meet with
you at your convenience, if the above set date is not agreeable.
Again, we look forward to working with you toward completion of
this project on a timely manner.
