On October 12, 1990, individual letters were mailed to each home
owner along the Northside of Kaye Street and the Southside of
Spanish Moss Court for the purpose of discussing with each home
owner the proposed drainage project.
Individual appointments were schedu].ed with each homeowner
beginning on October 17, 1990 and are being scheduled through
November 9, 1990.
The total number of residents on Kaye Street and Spanish Moss Court
is 39. At this date 32 homeowners have been contacted with 7
remaining.
