Nadeau" <gnadeau @pkce.com> To: <kmarvin @ci.coppell.tx. us> Date: 8/4/2004 2:53:13 PM Subject: BCE Drainage Options Keith, As discussed over the phone, we basically have three options for solving the drainage issue at the northeast corner of the BCE site. The options are as follows: 1. Install approximately 130 L.F. of 7' X 3' box culvert in accordance with proposed Sandy Lake Rd. plans provided by Teague, Nall Perkins. BCE will request reimbursement from the city for the construction of this culvert. 2. Lower the existing 8' X 4' box culvert in Sandy Lake Rd approximately 3'. The culvert will need to be removed at time of Sandy Lake Rd. construction. 3. Provide temporary corrugated metal or HDPE pipe culvert designed to a 10 year storm event underneath Sandy Lake Rd. and the two proposed drive entrances to the site. These structures will be deemed temporary in nature and will be replaced at the time of roadway construction. Please review these options and call Jack Evans or myself for discussion.
