On October 12, 1990, we mailed out individual letters to all
affected home owners along north side of Kaye Street and south side
of Spanish Moss Court and sat up meetings with them. (See
attached)
Larry Davis, Public Works Inspector, will be handling the meetings
with residents in the next two weeks.
