This letter is in regards to a site located at the southwest corner of Belt Line Road and
MacArthur Boulevard in Coppell, Texas. On Monday, May 17th, we spoke by telephone
regarding the schedule for Belt Line Road, and your office was kind enough to supply me with
half -size drawings for the planned improvements. After comparing the plans for Belt Line Road
to the actual on -site conditions, I noticed several things were incorrect. Attached is a copy
of a boundary survey dated September 8th, 1997 which shows improvements along the south
side of Belt Line Road that are not reflected on your plans. Specifically, there are two existing
driveways, drainage improvements and utility adjustments between station 115 + 50 and
119 + 80, which were part of the Valley Ranch Plaza development constructed in mid 1997.
1 hope that the final plans for the construction of Belt Line Road will reflect the true on -site
conditions of Belt Line Road, including the connections to the driveways. If I can be of any
