On September 24, 1990 I prepared the follow-up reports and mailed
them to all affected residents along south side of Spanish Moss
Court and north side of Kaye Street.
As you know, I also prepared, on the same day, a memo to Alan
Ratliff, City Manager, and provided him with a status report, list
of affected residents and copies of letters to residents.
I will be setting up meetings early next week with affected
residents, and as requested, I will contact Derek Earle of
Centex/Fox & Jacobs, asking that he send a surveyor to do the site
visits along with me.
