I have called Michael Odle twice. Both times it went to a voice mail. He
returned my first call and did not reach me. I left another message
clarifying the purpose of my call and let him my knowledge of the offer by
Jim. Since then he has called back. I feel what Jim has done above the call
of duty. What are your thoughts?

Keith,
I just spoke to Jim for the second time. The subcontractor with Klaasmeyer
is going to settle with the customer for the full amount that he has
requested. Our contractor has informed the customer that his claim is turned
over to an insurance company. When the customer learned of this direction,
he took a more cooperative approach as opposed to his original bitterness. I
will inform our contractors about the settlement and will maintain a copy of
the release that Mr. Michael Odle will have to sign to receive a check.

I, Michael Odle, of 119 Mesquitewood Street, Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, in
consideration of one thousand four hundred forty Dollars ($1,440), receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, being of lawful age, do now release, acquit, and forever discharge
Klaasmeyer Construction Company, Inc, of Conway, Ark, from all actions, claims,
demands, or damages accruing to me for my Robo -Mower line.
The acceptance of the money specified above is in full accord and satisfaction of, and
in compromise of, a disputed claim, and the payment of the money is not an admission of
liability on the part of Klaasmeyer, but is made for the purpose of terminating any dispute
and litigation between the parties.
In witness whereof, I have executed this release at 119 Mesquitewood, Coppell, Texas
on July 28, 2005.
