RE: N. Kaye Street Drainage
As per our discussion, you are going to follow up to the meeting of
September 20, 1990 with a letter to the residents along N. Kaye
Street and the south side of Spanish Moss advising them of the
meeting which transpired.
In your letter you are going to inform the residents that it is
your desire to meet with them individually and perform a site visit
in order to explain the proposed solution and listen to their
particular concerns.
Please provide a memorandum to the City Manager by Monday,
September 24, 1990 outlining what has transpired to date, what
direction staff is proceeding and if he wishes to provide a status
to the city Council on October 23, 1990, we can do so.
Please provide a status on this item by September 24, 1990.
