According to what I hope is a reliable source (Larry Davis - Inspector), West Sandy Lake will be open
to 2lanes of traffic in each direction this afternoon, 11/22/2006. The project is not complete but it's
getting closer with each day. The actual time on the project is nearly up, so there will not be a bonus.
The real question will be whether or not we assess damages.
All in all, the project has went very well.
