1. Manhole chimney seals need to be raised.
2. Two inch double checks-ball valves need caps.
3. Vault needs caps and plugs on the ball valves.
4. Reset the blocking under wheel valves in vault.
S. Need a hinge on top of vault.
6. Irrigation meter needs a 2" curb stop.
