1. DAM to show easement for any public portion of the water lines.
2. 2" Water Line Meter not to be relocated, CHC can run from meter to 5' of
building line.
3. A 14 gauge blue cased tracer line is required 9 all public lines.
4. City of Coppell will allow location changes of the water line in the field to
accommodate for trees.
5. The City of Dallas water utilities will need to be notified before any work is
started at Denton Tap Road.

1. DAAI request a set of as -built drawings be provided for arty amcndments that
will be required due to field conditions
