Remarks On this date, a representative of Fugro - McClelland was present on the above mentioned project
to perform the following tests and observations as requested:

2. Driveway at east of middle school building, station 1 +00, 8.0 inch of lime treated material
3. Driveway at east of middle school building, station 4 +00, 8.0 inch of lime treated material
4. Driveway at east of middle school building, station 7 +00, 6 1/2 inch of lime treated material
5. Driveway at north of middle school building, approximately 100 feet west of east end, 7 1/4 inches of lime
treated material.
6. Driveway at north of middle school building, approximately 75 feet north of northwest building comer of 7 3/4
inches of lime treated material.
7. Driveway access to elementary school depth checked at approximately 100 feet north of parking lot area, 6
1/2 inch of lime treated material.
8. Driveway at east of elementary school depth checked at approximately 100 feet north of south end, 6 inch of
lime material.
9. Driveway at south of middle and elementary schools station 9 +00, 6 1/2 of lime treated material.
