Dear Garreth:
Please let this letter serve as our written agreement regarding the walking trail on the western lake at Magnolia
Park.
Per our walk on the morning of July 22, 1999 Magnolia Park Ltd will have M.C. Potter replace approximately
eighty (80) feet of concrete that was either damaged or the finish was uneven on the western lake walking trail.
This work will be performed this fall when the weather is cooler. This will avoid having to try and pump the
concrete due to weather restrictions.
In addition within the next thirty (30) days M.C. Potter will send a crew out to grind the high spots on the
walking trail at the red wood joints.
