As you requested on September 24, 1990, I discussed the above
referenced subject with Walter Skipwith of Albert Halff &
Associates. Walter has faxed a letter to me in this regard today,
and has mailed out the original. (see attached).
I will set up a meeting with Mr. & Mrs. Marek for next week, as
requested.
