I have received your letter dated October 1, 1998 regarding the water and sewer improvement issues
that must me remedied prior to final acceptance by your City. JF Clack has begun repairs pursuant
to your letter.
Since the walkthrough that was scheduled last week, I have not yet heard from anyone about paving.
Do you know if the paving inspectors have tried to walk the job? If not, is there someone I should
crnttact in order to walk the job? Please let me know at your earliest convenience. I have the
franchise utility group on standby pending a paving final.
Site Concrete, Inc. should be on site today replacing the remaining 6cm pavers with 8cm pavers.
Cklmr than the Site Concrete items on the Utility punchlist, I believe that will wrap up the majority of
the known paving issues.
