(Sept~er 20th Neighborhood Meeting)
North Kaye Street Drainage Improvement
As you know, City Staff conducted a neighborhood meeting, in reference
to the above proposed drainage improvement, at Town Center on
September 20, 1990 at 6:30 P.M. This meeting served as a follow-up to
the August 28 City Council meeting, at which staff was authorized to
pursue the recommended solution to this drainage problem.
Although the participation to the September 20 meeting was low, most of
you (if not all) are aware of this proposed drainage improvement.
Staff has been keeping you informed by means of individual site visits,
and through notification and correspondence, etc.
In the next few days, please be advised that City Staff, at your
convenience, will be setting up individual meetings with you at your
residency. At that time, Staff will bring you up-to-date on the
project, answering any questions and concerns you may have.
Please note that Staff is actively working on this proposed project.
We would like to mainly discuss with you the City's need for drainage
easements for installation of this drainage system. We are
respectfully requesting your support and participation, enabling the
City to implement this project in a timely manner.
Again, we appreciate your time and cooperation given to this matter.
