Dear Mr. Whitman:
On December 15, 1997, the Lewisville City Council approved Change Order No. 1 for
the construction of a section of Denton Tap Road within the City of Coppell.
This is your authorization to proceed with the work, pricing to be in accordance
with your proposal of December 5, 1997. I understand that you are in receipt of
construction plans; however, should this not be the case, or if you need
additional plans, please contact Mr. Mike Martin.
Please contact Mr. Jerry Roberts or Mr. Bill Hepworth to set up a pre -
construction meeting on the work encompassed in Change Order No. 1.
