Neighborhood Meeting
Re: North Kaye Street Drainage Improvement
Please be advised that on August 28, 1990 the City Council directed
Staff to pursue a drainage improvement along the north side of Kaye
Street in the backyards of the affected lots. This solution consists
of installing PVC area drains in the backyard of the lots and routing
a 15-inch and 18-inch diameter outfall to the closest curb inlet
located on Spanish Moss Court. (See attached Figure.)
We, therefore, respectfully invite you to attend a neighborhood meeting
which will be held on Thursday, September 20, 1990, at 6:30 P.M. at
the City Council Chamber, City Hall, to discuss the above referenced
project.
As you know, in order to implement such drainage improvement, we are
asking for your cooperation and dedication of necessary drainage
easements. Please note that the sole purpose of such easement is for
installation of the above mentioned drainage system.
Your patience and attention is greatly appreciated, and we believe that
with your help, this project will proceed in a timely manner. Staff
will make every effort to assist you, answer your questions, and to
make this process as smooth and informative as possible.
