NOTIFICATION TO RESIDENTS
Please be advised that the City is in the process of considering drainage improvement along
the southern area of your property. It's important that staff has the opportunity to meet
with you concerning this matter. A staff representative dropped by today ,
but no one was at home.
There are several options the City is considering at this time and discussion of this matter
with would be helpful.
Please call the Public Works Engineering Division at 462-8495 by 3:00 p.m. Monday (8/6/90)
or feel free to call the Acting City Engineer Shohre Daneshmand at 393-2422 on Saturday
or Sunday (8/4 - 8/5/90) if it's more convenient.
Be advised that this drainage improvement item is tentatively scheduled for the August
14, 1990 City Council meeting.
