RE: Walk -thru Dividend Dr. (PID)
1. Locate (MLV) at Freeport & Dividend Dr.
2. Paint all MLV in blue on curb.
3. Raise valve to 4' from top of ground (with valve extra.).
4. Place blue buttons in street at all F.H.
S. Paint on curb (F.H.) & (FHV) in red.
6. Paint all (FU) valve stack lids red.
7. Paint all MV) valve stack lids blue.
8. First fire plug leaking at base.
9. Second and third F.H. need new pad.
10. MLV stub off & replace pad.
11. Clean out dirt in valve stack to work valve.
12. Place dirt under valve pad at last F.H. & N&V.
13. First manhole missing chimney seal.
14. Mark all manholes with (NM on curb in red.
15. Replace rain pan in last manhole.
16. Clean dirt around last manhole.
17. No drop in main under Freeport Dr. Cit ine holding sewer in Punt manhole on
Dividend Dr.
