Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 3:30 pm on December 7 for .
construction observation. The water valve has been raised and the manhole is currently
being raised near the monument sign at the intersection of Freeport Parkway and
Dividend Dr. The cone of the manhole has been constructed, but the lid and the rim have
not been installed yet. Approximately 80% of Dividend Dr. has been paved including the
concrete header at the end of the street. The inlet tops, Ieave outs for the inlets, the two
circle areas, and driveways have not yet been paved. At this point, all of the joints have
been sawed but have not been sealed. The sanitary sewer at STA 5 +51 has been paved
over and does not appear to be accessible. The storm sewer manhole at STA 9 +09 also
appears to have been paved over. These two manholes will have to be accessible prior to
project approval.
