Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 12:30 pm on December 1 for
construction observation. The concrete for the left turn lane on Freeport Parkway has
been poured and the joints have been sawed. Barricades are up and functioning properly.
The joints have not yet been sealed. Approximately 40% of the steel rebar has been
installed and tied together on Dividend Dr. The water valve has been raised and the
manhole is currently being raised near the monument sign at the intersection of Freeport
Parkway and Dividend Dr. The top of the manhole has been removed and rebar is being
installed in order raise the manhole.
