Bruce,
According to a conversation with Robert McCann of Catellus Development Corporation, the change order cost to
raise the valve stack and sanitary sewer manhole of $2,430.00 along with the 10 calendar days has been
approved. According to Mr. McCann, as long as this project is completed including the landscape and irrigation
repairs by December 1, 1999, Catellus will be satisfied. This is a gracious yet firm deadline. Please do everything
in your power to complete this project on schedule. If you have any comments or questions, please give me a call.
